Sell Your Home Faster With Some Quick Fixes:
1) Landscaping - Make sure you give a great 1st impression to potential buyers.
2) Perk up the exterior - Paint the house & doors, replace hardware, remove torn screens, put fresh bulbs in your exterior lights.
3) Remove outside clutter - toys, stacks of lumber, broken down tools.

5) Deep clean your home - And keep it up while your home is on the market.
6) Get odors under control - use potpourri, clean cat's litter box daily, be aware of cooking foods whose odors linger.
